Practical fish keeping is a great all round source of information for people who keep fish and enjoy looking into the hobby. Tropical fish expert is more of a website aimed at giving useful advice on how to set up your aquariums and keep them maintained. There's a fairly large database of articles available, some of which go into quite a good level of detail giving some really thorough fish keeping advice. It's a great place where you can get direct advice from the experts.
Fish Keeping.co.uk is an internet forum where users can discuss and share their own fish keeping experiences. Forums are always great places to ask questions and get lots of feedback and answers for specific issues. This site has to be one of the best I've come across within the fish keeping world. There's a huge range of discussions from basic to advanced so if you're looking for a place to do some research, this website would be a good start!
Tropical fish finder is the one stop shop for everything fish related. It really is a massive resource with everything you could ever need. There are lists of useful websites, books, blogs and all sorts of reviews and information, advice and so on. If you're new to the game and looking for ideas, this could be a great place to start out. They also have a 'fish exchange' section where users can advertise their excess fish stock direct to other users.
Seriously fish is a really nice website; chock full of useful and up to date information. You can really tell that it's been put together buy some real fish keeping enthusiasts. There's links to the rest of their online community, including Facebook, so you're certainly not short of opportunities to get involved. In addition the other features there's an extensive forum, and it's well moderated with a good lack of spam.
